Participating in Peer Advisory Group is like having a personal board of directors. It's a group of like-minded business leaders challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.
Peer Advisory Group is membership based and combines the features of participating in a mastermind group and the discipline of building and updating a strategic business plan on a quarterly basis.
How Does Peer Advisory Group Work?
- Peer Advisory Group members will be part of a mastermind group of no more than 8 other members meeting monthly to share and review progress toward their business goals. Members will discuss successes, challenges and barriers, offering sugestions and support to each member as they share what matters to them most. All peer groups have a facilitator who keeps the meetings on track, participates in the conversation, and set a learning agenda for the participants.

- Once a quarter all Peer Advisory Group members come together for a group workshop to build or update their strategic business plans. These workshops are designed to facilitate the act of creating and updating plans as well as teach specific business building strategies for members to use in their plans. These workshops will also encourage networking among members. The plans members develop in the workshop are the same plans members will discuss in the individual mastermind groups.

- Learning and sharing are the cornerstones of Peer Advisory Group. The format encourages members to continue learning and provides a forum for members to share with other members.
Seeking ways to improve, look no further
- Members looking to accelerate their own personal development have the option to participate in a Profile XT personality assessment designed to shed insight on each individual's thinking style and behavioral traits. Knowing how to make full use of your strengths, and developing an awareness of any areas that could be limiting your effectiveness is critical to becoming a better business leader. It's an extremely valuable tool.
