Our business coaching programs are a 12-24 month "business apprenticeship program" where we use your existing business as our "case study", improving it along the way so it at least pays for your investment in the program.

This program suits the owners of small and middle market businesses that are really ready to accelerate their growth. The business is fairly stable and the owner is committed to moving the business to the next level by implementing strategies focused on building the customer base, creating systems in the business and developing team members. This program focuses on building leverage for the business and a balanced lifestyle for the owner.

This program is designed for the one-person and small business owners who know they want more out of their business but don't know how to get it. It suits early stage as well as mature businesses where the owner needs guidance mastering the fundamentals of running and growing a business and doesn't have a solid infrastructure to take advantage of the more in-depth programs. This program focuses on helping the owner move from being a technician working IN the business to an entrepreneur working ON the business.

Business Quickstart Program
Just as its name implies, this program is for the business owner that needs to quickly get traction working ON their business. Similar in content to the Business 101 Program, this program suits the business owner limited in time and resources. While it doesn't provide the level of accountability and consulting of the other programs, it does provide access to business and personal development coaching at an entry-level investment. This program focuses on putting the owner into action working ON their business.

Business Mastery Program
This program is for businesses with a strong foundation and a track record of steady growth. The business owner is seeking stronger performance from the business and its team members, recognizes their own limitations, and knows an outside perspective will make a real difference in identifying areas for improvement. The owner views the business as an investment, and is preparing to test its value in the marketplace. This program focuses on removing the owner from day-to-day operations while strengthening the businesses growth potential and value.
